Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs): Women’s Empowerment for Women Entrepreneurs

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the foundation for advancing nation’s economy. According to mapping of MSMEs actors in Indonesia, 64.5% total were micro-scaled enterprises managed by women. Expanding women’s businesses positively impacts economic recovery; therefore, empowerment must be appropriately implemented. This study aimed obtain empirical data regarding fashion sector Bandung. research used a quantitative non-experimental approach with convenience sampling was conducted 115 women entrepreneurs online offline The results show that good can help themselves improve their per­formance entrepreneurship create progress MSMEs. Education is very important factor more empowered. An annual omzet on Microscale allows empowered direct them­selves better because they feel competent risks small-scale businesses. Women retain expand realise inner potential enhance performance business now conducting.
